“Depending on who you book through, there might be a substantial 'cleaning' deposit required. We were informed of the amount and that it had to be paid online while we were in transit. Luckily, we had a layover that allowed us to do this before arriving at the door. The location was absolutely fantastic—super close to great restaurants, fresh dessert spots, and just a short walk from two main shopping centers. We loved that convenience! “L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier animé et très bien desservi par les transports publics (bus, ferry). Un petit supermarché à 2 pas et la promenade le long de la mer toute proche. Notre hôte a été adorable, nous proposant même de nous conduire à Mdina un matin. Le logement est en très bon état, propre et bien décoré. Point d'amélioration : quelques couverts et ustensiles de cuisine seraient bienvenus. Belle expérience pour notre 1ère location sur Abritel.”

“Issues on day 1 with main floor suite. Numerous serious deficiencies reported same day by text with images and repeated phone calls. Evenetually moved to a quality suite but forced to pay a hefty surcharge. Property management and Expedia were aware from day one. Property management pretended it was all make believe and that there was nothing wrong. Expedia stepped up big-time and credited me the preposterous surcharge imposed by the property.
