“This was our second stay at South Gap. The room was cleaned and maintained daily. The pool and pool deck were also well maintained. The staff were all very friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay. The one thing I did notice was on check in it mentioned that ‘holding’ lounge chairs with towels would not be allowed for more than 30 minutes or the towels would be removed from the lounge chairs. This happened all day long and towels were never removed.”

“My wife and I stayed here for her 50th birthday week celebration. The Hotel was EXCELLENT. It surpassed my expectations. The property was clean, staff was super friendly, and the room was gorgeous (we stayed in the penthouse suite). I highly recommend this room as the balcony views are outstanding! Restaurant food and staff, and bar staff were great! The room service was regular and on top notch. We asked for a few different things (pillows, more coffee, etc) and they were on top of it. ……

“This place is truly a 5 star, the only thing missing is more fu activities during the day and music should be playing all day and night rather you have a DJ or not. The food was amazing and the staff truly out do themselves. They could communicate more with guest, not very much of that.”

“The Hotel Indigo Bridgetown was even better than my family and I could've hoped for. The staff is incredible and immediately make you feel at home. I have to give special recognition to the front desk staff who felt like friends by the end of our stay. The location is central to so many things. The pool and pool deck are super relaxing. If there is any negative, and this is being picky, but the food was fairly average for such an impressive hotel.”

“House keeping was horrible. They said they would come and wouldn't and then would come very early in the morning or in the evening. This made no sense and then they were young without any need of urgency about what they were doing. I would not stay there or recommend this hotel to family or friends .”

“As a business traveler, this hotel was great. It had everything I needed, even though I did not get time to use the gym and pool. It is well-located (across the street from the beach) so that you can walk to the boardwalk and some really good restaurants (Big up Salt Cafe for crusted fish, Tapas for the view, Coco's breakfast if you want to feel like you are on vacation) or towards Bridgetown - 2.5 kms - if you are not easily frightened by cars zipping by while sidewalks disappear and reappear.……
