"If easy parking, a quiet neighborhood, overall cleanliness, clean shelves and drawers, comfortable furniture, and comfortable beds appeals to you then this is your place to stay. I cannot say enough nice things about this property. Miles takes his role as host very serious. The kitchen had enough dishes for our needs. Plenty of coffee, tea etc. Some pantry items were available too. Each of the bedrooms have 2 nightstands. Closets had plenty of hangars. We used the laundry facilities in the basement and they were also very clean. We ran both the furnace and AC (typical MO weather in April) during our stay. The HVAC system was also very clean. The motion detector lights in the driveway and porch were much appreciated too. Thanks for a great stay. "

"Great staff.. good shuttle service clean room with all the amenities.. breakfast was fine.. good enough to get you started for the day. Nice hotel if you’re there for a short visit like I was other wise nothing really around for entertainment. There was good enough bbq spot a mile up which did the job for me! If you’re here for a short visit I’d recommend to stay here"

"This is definitely a no frills hotel. The grounds are not well maintained--grass needs cutting, concrete steps are crumbling. When we got to our room, we learned that the TV was not working. We had to move to another room because we were told that there is no maintenance. It was early evening, so not sure if no maintenance in the evening or no maintenance at all. Although there were clean towels in the room, no wash cloths and no hand soap (although there was shampoo, conditioner and body wash). The oven in the kitchenette was absolutely disgusting! I realized that there was no hair dryer in the room. I went to the front desk and asked and they said someone would bring me one. 8 hours later, still no hair dryer, so I went back and asked again. The front desk clerk promised that she would try to find one for me or let me know if there wasn't any available. Never heard back from her and never got a hair dryer. The website states coffee and tea in the lobby, however we were told that the coffee maker was broken. The exercise room had a treadmill, a stationary bike and an elliptical. The stationary bike was out of order. The treadmill worked fine The one bright spot was that they did allow us to check out late. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Overpriced for an old run down hotel. Elevator was broken, hotel room door lower hall large slanted. So much so that you could see under the door so I had to use a towel. Paint chipping and bad plumbing and crumbs in corner common areas meaning they don’t deep vacuum. Breakfast looked good but I did not partake. Bar area was the best as well as the staff there. We checked out ASAP. "

"I liked the property, the parking, the bar. Two glasses were left for two days on a table by the elevator. Andres at the desk needs to learn a little customer service. A fun hotel with all the moons."
