I was in total shock upon arrival. I thought they was closed, and had to ask the counter person if they was. This hotel shouldn't be listed on this site at all right now. They shouldn't even be open. They are remodeling the entire building with work on all floors, inside & out. If I wasn't stuck without a choice for another hotel, I wouldn't have stayed, but everything around was booked up and it was late. Room was dirty, entry cards stopped working, and the noise was constant. There was no Breakfast, and no coffee, even tho I paid for it. The only ice machine broke trying to use it. I'm sure it will be nice once done, but I shouldn't have to navigate thru a construction site filled with building materials, stepping in tile adhesive, drywall mud, and sanding dust from the entrance to the room. The stairways was so full of debris they was unusable. The painting crew was spraying outside in the wind with some parked vehicles within 50 ft. Apparently nobody has trash bags or owns a shop vac. I am completely surprised the city hasn't shut them down yet. They are only renting 12 units, but they shouldn't be renting any, until they finish the messy, noisy work.

Property was absolutely filthy and needed updated at least a decade ago, if not longer. There is a "remodel" going on, but what exactly is being improved? No clue, we saw no improvements. What we did see was torn and hanging wallpaper literally everywhere, construction dust and trash from days? weeks? months? prior with absolutely no attempt to keep the establishment tidy. There was a sign on the front desk saying there is no maid/housekeeping and it definitely showed. As other reviews for the hotel have stated on Google, there are regulars staying at this hotel that harass other guests. We were awoken at midnight by someone knocking, banging, and trying to forcefully enter the room. My husband asked who it was, they said "Helen" and he told her to leave. Through the entire incident, we called the front desk from our cell phone and the room phone approx. 10 times and no one would answer. When we finally got someone on the phone, they acted as if they knew exactly what was going on and would "send someone up". Definitely top 2 worst hotels we've ever stayed at. At this point it could only be improved by being sold, leveled, and all new staff hired.
This room across from our room door remained open for our entire stay. Trash on the floor, no attempt by anyone to clean up.

The hotel was under construction. The rooms had no smoking signs on them, but reeked of cigarette smoke and human urine would not recommend again. I guess you get what you pay for it. $100 a night hotel.

When we got there I was told there system was down and they could not accommodate our stay. Thankfully I selected ‘pay at property’ when I booked through Expedia. I ended up having to stay elsewhere which actually worked out since it was cheaper.

This is a very old, poorly maintained hotel. The pool was out of order, all vending machines were broken, the room was filthy and had other people's food and beer cans in it when we got in there, stains on the sheets and curtains. All buttons busted out of the jacuzzi tub and no drain plug to even take a bath without the jacuzzi. The owners are nice people and the price was fair but the place needs a lot of work and better housekeeping.

The hotel room had a razor covering the peep hole, there was hair in the tub and on the sink, hairdryer, etc. and the iron had a paper clip in it. There was a patch of some sort hanging from the towel hangers and we had to change the bedding because the room seemed very neglected. All the carpet was very dirty and the whole place smelled of cigarettes and weed. The new bedding and towels we received smelled heavily used.

First room I was checked into wasn’t cleaned up after the last guest. Found a cup of coffee by the bed stand and stains in the toilet. I complained to front desk who checked me into another room. Sheets and everything else in the room looked very old. To make matters worse, we found a bed bug crawling on the sheet. My worst hotel experience ever. To think I settled for them because of a good experience at one of their franchises at a different state in 2014.
