House has great sleeping and entertaining space. It’s clean and beautifully updated on a quiet street. We booked it with the house next door for a group of 20 for an extended family gathering. One thing to be aware of —that is not clear from the listing— is that the property allows for a maximum of two cars parked on site. These are in parking spaces accessed via a narrow alley. The street the house is on allows permit parking only. The management company told us we might need to park additional vehicles several blocks away — challenging with babies and grandparents. However, the parallel street and perpendicular street allow parking and did not require permits. While not ideal, it wasn’t as bad as initially expected. Definitely something to plan for if booking the property for a large group.It could use a few more basics — I’d bring extra hand towels and more cooking serving ware if staying here again with a group.With those caveats, would highly recommend. The interior is lovely and thoughtfully designed.
