Dear Ricky: Thank you for the high score and comment. As you mentioned, we are in a really great location, right in the heart of everything. Only 4 miles or less to most areas our guests want to visit. Being close to the major highways is also a big plus. As a heads up, the Central West End Metro Link station is 1 block out our back door for fast and inexpensive travel. Hello Nick: I apologize for this experience regarding another hotel guest. When staying in any hotel, if you have a disruptive neighbor, call the front desk again until they disturbance has stopped. Hello Linda and thank you for your feedback. The garage is owned and managed by the hospital next door to us, the hotel rents the convenient parking spots for our guests at the low cost of 15 per car, per night. All parking garages sizes are the standard size. Thank you and have an enjoyable week.

When our staff is alerted to this, our security does let the guest know they will be charged 250 (which is listed on the registration card at check in.
