The only real complaint I have is that the toilet ran all night, but I told the staff in the morning and they were really receptive to the feedback. All the staff, particularly the breakfast area staff, were exceptionally helpful and kind.
Liked the amazing hot breakfast. Nothing we didn't like but if i had to find something...for the price i paid i would have liked a room looking outside not facing inward toward a wall.
I always love how clean drury is. The breakfast is always great. I did not like that we had an extra hour and a half wait to check in because our room wasn’t clean yet but at least they did take the extra time to clean it instead of just letting us have it half cleaned. And they also gave us an extra hour on our check out time.
For being right next to Hwy it was very quiet. Forest Park area is very nice and staff gave us great places to go eat. The food provided was really nice. Very family oriented!
Everything was good but the only thing that I was really concerned about is that my room #569 the last one in the building is close to the electrical room and I can’t sleep neither in the night or day time, can’t rest at all.
Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Hotel itself was clean. A guy hanging around right outside the hotel all night talking to himself made it a little uncomfortable when I had to go grab something out of the car late. But would definitely stay again!
Unfortunately we found a bug in our room. We contacted the front desk and were told the manager would be up. After waiting a significant amount of time I called the front desk and was told we had the option to move to another room. We decided to leave and find another hotel. On top of the insect issue there was a dog down the hall that would bark anytime someone walked by the door. The hotel overall was really noisy, not well kept, and there was a man sitting on the table by the pool and gym area consuming alcohol and using profanities on the phone. I would pass on this one. There are plenty of other great hotels nearby.
Heather at the front desk was welcoming, courteous and made a terrific recommendation for lunch and watching the football playoffs.
The concept of Kickback was clever and we thoroughly enjoyed our cocktails.

Great place to stay!
Our stay was great! We really enjoyed the kickback in the evening. The employees were all friendly and happy to help! The room was exactly as described. Pool and hot tub were both good!
The location is excellent if you are spending time at the Missouri Botanical Garden. The hotel is pleasant and it was a good stay. There was a good Italian restaurant right next door.
It’s more Hotels.com fault then anyone’s it was supposed to be prepaid and it wasn’t so I didn’t get to stay at all. I would like a hotels.com gift card in this matter as hotels .com ruined the evening and workday as I sept in my car.
Would never stay here again. At check in we were given keys to a room that was already occupied. Once in our correct, we found trash in our ice bucket when we sat down to have a drink. But worst of all our vehicle was stolen out of the parking lot before 9:00pm, less than 2:30 hours after we checked in. Security is an obvious issue at this hotel
