We typically choose to stay at Embassy Suites Hotels, but this specific location did not live up to our usual experiences. Despite requesting room cleaning during our stay, we only received fresh towels. On the positive side, the hotel offers free parking, and its proximity to the airport was the main factor in our decision to stay there. As Hilton Members, we were disappointed that we were not recognized and did not receive the complimentary waters.

I had such a great experience at the Embassy Suites in St. Louis! The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The rooms were spacious with two TVs, a lounge area, fridge, microwave, and a mini kitchen—perfect for relaxing and feeling at home. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a nice touch and made the stay even better. Also, there is parking available on site. What truly made my stay stand out was the exceptional service from Mrs. Ramona. She was so welcoming, kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly sweet. She went above and beyond to help me with multiple things I needed during my stay, and her customer service made all the difference. Because of her, I’d gladly book here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Louis.

Easy online check in and digital key made our late arrival easy as can be! Upon arrival, we were offered free water, which was awesome! Comfortable bed, easily accessible room and basic comforts. Breakfast was decent in the morning, loved the bake to serve omelet option. All staff was friendly and welcoming. Would stay again.
