- Location and Luxury!! Welcome to our beautiful, restored and updated turn-of -the century three story home. Located in the heart of the Historic Lafayette Square District, it is within walking distance to many outstanding restaurants, specialty shops, and the picturesque Lafayette Park. Explore the many attractions St. Louis has to offer: The Gateway Arch, Busch Stadium, Missouri Botanical Garden, Fox Theatre, Powell Symphony Hall, St. Louis Art Museum, Forest Park, the St. Louis Zoo and so much more! All within a 10-15 minute drive from this home away from home. Experience the charm of the quaint Lafayette Square neighborhood while enjoying all the amenities of this spectacular retreat. Cozy up next to the fireplace, chill out watching the big screen HDTV in the third floor theatre room, or relax on the deck overlooking the lovely view of the private courtyard. Wonderful location very near lafayette square park. beautiful historic home. Our only complaints are the banister is loose and shaky and the stereo in the movie room does not work. Otherwise a wonderful property.

Beautiful historic home with some modern updates. Back deck is great for relaxing with a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening. Neighborhood is very walkable with some restaurants and coffee shops close by. Hostess is super nice. Would visit again.
