The cleanliness was great, the atmosphere was good as well. My only issues were front desk night shift employee she was in the middle of helping me and I am guessing she felt I was taking too long so she Said do you not have the money do you need me to cancel this transaction and i can take these other guests, as she had her hand on the credit card machine trying to cancel my transaction. I told her that wouldn't be necessary paid for the room and the only other thing was room didn't have a remote we had to wait until Saturday morning to get one. Katlyn I believe that was her name, went above and beyond to help remedy the situation, she was the only one for the morning shift so she couldn't get away from front desk the lobby attendant helped her to deliver the remote he had to come to our room more than once to locate the correct remote, excellent customer service and awesome team work, thank you so very much.
