OK, so I previously wrote some honest reviews about a room that I was in for almost a month over November and December. My birthday was in November and December obviously it’s Christmas. It was a subpar room at Best and after writing the review I got grilled by management at the property. I understand if they were trying to make it better, which is what one of the gentleman was trying to do when he confronted me about the review but then a day later, the female manager decided to lay into me that I didn’t need to continue my stay if I didn’t want to, which was at Best cryptic in nature at worst, she was telling me to leave. I never had a problem before at this hotel with the staff other than the cleaning women I won’t talk about that, but I’m hoping that my stays better this time because I’ve had really nice rooms there and had extremely relaxing and a nice time when the room is well kept here’s to hoping that my stay that’s upcoming is much better than Christmas and my birthday….. to the staff, please try to understand it wasn’t you I was reviewing it was the quality of Room… which I need to also mention was extremely ridiculous that the next day after staying there for almost a month Solid never happen to check out and check back in. They somehow didn’t get my booking and tried to make me leave for two hours and then come back, which means that I would’ve had to completely pack up my room walk out of the room for two or three hours and then come back that was definitely bad
