The property is nice and it’s not that expensive for a room. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, but she still does her job. The hallways stink like mildew and cigarettes and the rooms are even worse. The rooms are very clean and nice for what you pay for, but my room was VERY humid, it felt like I was sleeping in a rainforest. Everything was slightly wet because of the humidity and it smelled very much like mildew and was hard to breathe. I couldn’t sleep very well. Not sure what the problem was, but if that wasn’t an issue, it’s worth what I paid.

Our room keys never would open any of the outside doors and quit working entirely during our one night stay which was not good considering we were as far from the front desk as physically possible. Our ice bucket and bag apparently both leaked and soaked a book I was reading to where I’m not sure now if it will even be salvageable to finish reading. The whole hotel smelled like a 1970’s lounge as apparently the no smoking ban has failed to reach this tiny portion of Missouri.

We enjoyed staying in the spacious room, only downfall is there isn't much in the area for eating. But that's not the hotels' fault, quick walk to the concert venue which is great.

When we showed up they did not have a clean room for us. We had to drive to another hotel instead that they used as an overflow. There was no apology from the staff.

The rooms was dusty, a/c didnt work in two rooms had to switch room. Friends we went with ordered rooms but was turned away when checking in after they booked rooms online, the bathtub drain was broke , when checking out the guy asked how was the stay and told the guy he said sorry for that have a nice day.

Roomy suite, but no towels, no conditioner or shower gel in dispensers, kitchen floor was sticky, and after the initial room charge on our credit card, a second charge went through for four times the price of our room. Still waiting for the refund on that to come through. Very frustrating uncomfortable situation.

Haordryer was not working and noone to provide a replacement till 9am. The pool is small and mostly occopied by playing kids. Other than that was a good stay

They should be nicer to the guests that make it down at 9:02am. The blonde older lady wouldn’t let me make a waffle even after I informed her that I didn’t have dinner the night before and I’m not driving and the walk to Dave’s was too far, I did that the first day there I let her know I was hungry and she didn’t care. That was shameful of her, but she didn’t care.I hope that isn’t representative of the hotel? Besides that horrible experience the rest of my stay was great.

So I kept getting comments from two foreign males, vulgar inappropriate comments, and my husband heard them for himself last Friday and snapped on them, was cornered in the elevator by then and told them to get away from him or he would cut them with his knife. We were kicked out and the two males got to stay. We had two dogs, and were given 1 hour to leave with literally no where to go and no money. Were supposed to stay til this last Monday. Was told my last two nights would be refunded and still have not been refunded. So they think it's okay for a woman to be degraded and men to be ganged up on.

We got to our hotel on a Friday around 6pm. The check in went smooth and then we got to our room. There was still a “Do not disturb” sign on our door, there were no towels, washcloths, or hand towels, the fridge had leftover food, and the dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. We had to ask three separate times for the front desk to bring us towels so we could at least shower. The bedding did not look like it was very clean. There were stains left behind on the pillow case. Overall it was a hotel that we got to have a nights sleep in, but the cleaning was not even bare minimum.
