Room was decent. Nothing spectacular but functional. A little small, but the mattress was great and the shower pressure was amazing. The staff and the amenities made the stay a 5 star! Friendly and helpful staff. Wine and snacks each night. The kids loved the breakfast and free fountain drinks. Very convenient to the metro and Union Station. We would stay here again!

My room was sold when o got there after a long drive I had to move to a sister property by the convention center. However it was nicer than the Union Station property. The pool area smelled like dirty diapers as did the bathroom in our room. The door in our room needed replaced. It looked like it had severe water damage. Carpets were stained. And no outlets for plugging in iPhone cords. You must bring a block to power your iPhone.

Staff could be friendly - the kick back left alot to desired, several times the nachos, cheese and toppings ran out and it took 10+ mins to refill. Soda machine was broken most of our stay. Bottom parking deck was closed and key cards wouldn't on top deck so you had to call for help which was another 5+ mins. There was no room service/cleaning the 3 days we were there.

The shower was filthy. There was hair everywhere. The drink machine in the lobby was broken so kids couldn’t get anything to drink during happy hour. Front desk staff member was rude to us when we told them our room key wasn’t working. She acted bothered by having to help us and demanded an ID. We couldn’t show ID because we just came back from the pool. She was rude and not someone who should be working at the front desk.

We had no TV reception and really wanted to watch the NCAA Tournament. So very disappointing. We wanted ice for our cooler and the ice maker on our floor was out of order. We had to go from floor to floor trying to find an ice maker that worked. Breakfast was not good at all and the breakfast area was a huge mess. We will never stay at this hotel again.

The free breakfast was very good and made for an easy way to start off the day! The staff was soooo helpful and accomodating in every way.. definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

The check-in was efficient and the staff was friendly. I was given a coupon for 3 glasses of wine during happy hour (each glass was about 3 ounces). Elevators definitely needed to be mopped. The floor was sticky and stained. I stayed in room 907. The room was spacious but definitely in need of updating. It looked like a room from the 1980s. It's been a couple of years staying in a room without a smart TV. The bed was very comfortable. The bathrooom smelled of urine. Because I was only there one night, I used their towels to clean and disinfect the toilet, sink, shower, and floor. Smell gone. I ate at the restaurant on site. Excellent food and service. I was in town for the New Edition concert. This hotel was within 4 blocks of Amtrak and The Enterprise Center where the concert was. It was also close to Union Station and The Arch. Excellent excellent location. The breakfast was good and crowded but the staff did a great job cleaning up and replenishing the food. I'd recommend this place for stays of no more than 2 nights.

Was assigned multiple dirty rooms, given unprogrammed key cards and long lines to wait in as we tried to get assistance with our dirty rooms. Trash cans full, power fan drying the floor, stains on the floor and bedding.

I booked my stay a month in advance. When I arrived my room was obviously dirty. They couldn’t clean it for me nor give me another room because they were completely booked. The staff had no idea how to fix the situation. I didn’t even to get to stay there. On top of all that they double charged me. They said I was a no show on my second night even though the didn’t have a room for me? It was completely ridiculous

Free parking and the proximity to the nearby attractions (1min from the St Louis City SC Stadium, 5 min walk to the union station/ferris wheel, 30min walk to the Arch!) makes this hotel a gem! Pool area looked a bit in need of update breakfast is ok (coffee not ok) but again the amenities I mentioned has lots of value in my book. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the 6th floor (ferris wheel and the Arch!) were nice!

Room and breakfast was pretty standard. The hallway on the 3rd floor was always freezing for some reason. The pool and hot tub were ok and it was usually pretty crowded. It was nice to be connected to a restaurant. The central location of the hotel was also helpful. And it was really nice to have free drinks and snacks offered daily.

The breakfast was great. Nice variety and the staff were great at cleaning up and in replenishing the food. It was very busy but well managed during the entire timeframe for breakfast. It was spring break so there were a lot of children with their parents.
