The staff was friendly and quick with check in. The room was just right. I wish the bathroom sink had cold water and not just hot. Overall happy with my stay.

The entire place smelled. Our room was very dank smelling, smelled like cigarettes and mold. The all's were dirty, the ceiling was dirty and peeling. There were holes in the wall where things had been removed, the phone didn't work. The shower curtain didn't cover the entire shower, so water leaked all over the bathroom. Bed was comfortable.

The hotel was being renovated at the time of our stay, lots of rooms unavailable due to this reason, but good area, easy to get to off the main road we traveled. Variety of a breakfast also. Will use Quality Inn again

For the price the hotel was fine; they were overbooked so we weren’t able to get the king suite we originally booked. Staff was incredibly friendly, hotel was old but clean. Very close to St Louis attractions and was easy to get in and out of. We would probably use this hotel again.

I very much like that the room is clean and the bedsheets are clean, I have checked in at another quality inn and the room there was not clean and the sheets were not changed from the previous customer, so I was really impressed by how clean this one is. The staff are friendly and professional also so overall I am a satisfied customer.

Booked a king size bed room and it was clearly a queen bed. Air conditioning did not work, room smelled like smoke, hallway smelled like weed smoke, no towels were available. Only upside was that the front desk staff was very nice and helped as best they could.

Inspection room before staying.

Beds were comfortable. However there were cockroaches in the room when I awoke in the morning. Packed up and left immediately, hoping I wasn't taking any bugs with me. And mold around the tub and the floor. Only one small trash can in the bathroom no big trash can in the room. Reported issues to front desk. Hopefully they will address the issue and make changes.
