This spacious 5 bedroom/3.5 bathroom stylish home is perfect for group trips, or families! Enjoy separate family rooms, and an open floor plan on the main level. Enjoy a spacious pool, and shaded patio during warmer months. Spend a day at Wapelhorst Water Park just 2 minutes away. Just a 10 minute drive to the St. Charles Convention Center. Only 13-16 minutes to local casinos, and Hollywood amphitheater. Just 8 minutes to Old St Charles, and 30 minutes to downtown STL. We created a staycation destination for the whole family to enjoy.

The space
Ample bedding for larger families or groups. 2 king size bedrooms. One queen size bedroom. One bedroom with 2 queen beds. One full size with twin bunkbed bedroom.
Enjoy the formal living or the lower level family room & bar area. A game table and boards games are provided, as well as a multi-game arcade game. In warmer months enjoy the back patio and pool, or sit on the upper deck to get some sun.
This house is perfect for large family get-togethers, or accommodations for corporate events. There is something for everyone.

Guest access
You will get a digital front door code a couple of days before check-in. I can assist remotely if needed via the ring camera or a call. There are 2 driveway parking spots available. Any excess cars will need to park directly across the street. Additional property details/instructions will be found on the desk.

Other things to note
Swimming pool is seasonal. This is a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors appreciate your respectful visit. If there are any serious issues, or something not working (ex heating/cooling issues, water leaks and so on), please either reach out, and we will respond quickly. Otherwise, please notify us on checkout about light bulbs or minor issues so that we may rectify the issue after checkout.
