Awesome experience

Remi is a remarkable host! I’m 68 and more than a bit technologically challenged…She was so patient and kind dealing with me. Questions I had about things I couldn’t find, only to find them after she so kindly directed me, answering questions (sometimes the same ones more than once…) We rented for a family reunion. Set in St. Louis so our youngest family member, being treated for leukemia could be included and not be too far from home. It was perfect!!Remi, we can’t thank you enough

Cancelled with no Notice!

I was not notified that my stay was cancelled until time to check into the property. I had 6 kids and 6 adults with nowhere to go. An absolute disaster. Host said she thought she message but she didn't. Got confirmation of check-in on Thursday and check-in was Sunday. Would never stay with these hosts.

Thanksgiving in STL

We spent Thanksgiving in this home. Remi made the arrival process very easy, sending all the info we needed to be able to walk right in when we arrived. The home was beautiful and very clean. There were 8 of us and plenty of space to be together. There are little things though that made having 8 in the space challenging. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms downstairs - the only mirror is in the bathroom which makes getting ready with 3 girls challenging. There were only 8 place settings for dishes - given it was Thanksgiving we did cook more than normal, but I don’t know what a group of 15 would do, they’d have to eat in shifts. It was not great to have to wash silverware and dishes constantly. The kitchen is missing some basic necessities that you would expect to be provided such as dish towels, wash rags since you do dishes so often, measuring spoons, etc. We also struggled with the wi-fi the whole trip, only to hear on the last night that we were sent the wrong WiFi info at check in. Someone had taken the batteries out of most of the remotes throughout the house and the TVs in bedrooms were not connecting to anything. Remi was very responsive in trying to help solve some of the issues, but some of it needs to be addressed before guests arrive. Overall it is a great place, good location and comfortable for multi-family stays.

Wedding Stay

House was very well designed for multiple quest to stay. Protected off street parking was a bonus. Location was also a plus. Check in process was made easy. Would recommend this location for a visit to St. Louis.

Perfect for multiple families

The layout and space really allowed for a great stay for our families - one family used the upstairs and the other downstairs, with the main level a great area to congregate, as well as the porch in back. Kitchen is well-stocked with new appliances. Remi was communicative throughout, as needed. We highly recommend staying here

Very nice

We had a large party, and the house was perfect for our needs. It was close to everything for our family. It was near the Hill, zoo, botanical garden and Washington University. We asked for sheets and towels and they arrived quickly. The one drawback was that we we took the cushions off the couch underneath was a collection of chips, pretzels, etc. we tried to clean it up but small vacuum had no suction

Great new home and perfect location

The home is new, modern and well furnished. Remi is a good host. Home had a few electrical issues, especially in the kitchen area. It was nice to have a covered garage. The location is perfect and close to all of the attractions in St Louis. Remi was kind to buy a charcoal grill for our stay, as it was a must have for us. Will stay again.

Great house in a great area

We loved our stay at Remi’s place. It was very clean, brand new and had everything we needed for our long weekend. The house is in a great area and was less than 10 min to Forest Park, downtown and the city museum. Loved the 2 car garage in the back, so no need to look for parking. Communication beforehand was great and the check-in/out process was easy. We stayed with extended family and it was spacious with room for everyone. Absolutely no complaints at all and would totally recommend. Would also like to recommend Square One Brewery and Clementines Ice Cream for dinner/snack-both less than 5 min away from the house.

Iowa Extended Family Mini Vacation

Great property and location for tourist venues. Knocked down cleanliness as kids running around on main level barefooted had black feet bottoms in no time, even though floor didn't appear to be dirty. Would recommend the property to anyone and would stay again.

Perfect stay!

This gorgeous house is so conveniently located and in a good neighborhood! We had 6 adults and 5 kids and had plenty of room! The house was equipped with everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable memory foam. We also had access to their 2 car garage and there was a very cute fenced backyard, that will be wonderful when the weather is nice. The owners were super accommodating and very accessible for any questions. We had such a great time here and would 100% rent it again!
