  • This urban oasis is a two-story full brick home that was built in 1922. It has 3 bedrooms upstairs. 1 full bath upstairs and a half bath on the first level. As our guest you will have full privacy and access to all the comforts the property offers. This home is great for couples, long term stays, family vacations, concerts, ballgames, friends and business travelers. The property is close to all things St. Louis. Stay for a few nights or weeks. We are within 6 miles of some of the biggest venues and attractions. The property offers two king beds and one queen adjustable bed, with an additional sofa bed if needed. A fenced in yard with an outdoor Ring system, and the detached garage parking provides an additional level of security. This property is not handicap accessible.

Beautifully decorated home with so much attention to detail and comfort for guests. Convenient to the many activities we enjoyed (zoo, art museum, City Museum, arch, and endless dining options). Would definitely recommend this location for families!

This was our second stay at this particular property. Both times it lived up to everything we could ask for and definitely met the goal of what was promised. Very well decorated and accommodating, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe feeling. My family will definitely choose this location if it is available when we visit again!

This home has everything you need for a great stay. It is obvious the hosts take pride in providing their guests with a clean, cozy home to enjoy while staying in St. Louis.Every room is clean and appointed with all the touches to ensure your comfort. The kitchen is suited for any needs you may have. The access to the garage made it super easy to come and go without having to worry about parking. This location is very convenient for getting to different locations throughout the city.I highly recommend this home and hosts and would definitely try to stay here again if me and my family return to St. Louis!

Our stay was wonderful and relaxed and beyond the experience that the city provides, the hosts and property were PERCECT! We felt welcomed and cared for from the start with all the thought and consideration one might expect and more besides!! The Lands were incredibly communicative with super quick response when needed. They were also very careful to be considerate of our privacy, striking the perfect balance and cementing their status as SUPERSTAR hosts! The space was clean, quiet and cozy with every touch you could imagine needing when away from home. I can’t recommend this property highly enough.

The house is a really nice house. Every room in the house is very clean and nicely decorated. It is stocked with about anything you could want, especially the kitchen. The kitchen is stocked better than a lot of people's own kitchen. The fenced in back yard is very well maintained. The garage parking work out very well for us with five little kids. The garage was nice loading everyone up when it was raining and didn't have to try and keep kids out of the street while loading in the car. We would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

This charming house has all of the amenities you will need. It sits in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by other beautiful houses. The entire house was well stocked with extra blankets and pillows, lots of family games, comfortable beds and a fully furnished kitchen including snacks, spices, eggs and ice cream! Our hosts answered all of our questions promptly, even advising us regarding potential severe weather. It was amazingly close to many of the things we wanted to do including the science museum, the gateway arch, the foundry area and the zoo which unfortunately we did not have time to do. We would definitely stay here again and give it 6 stars! Thank you, Miles & Dee for hosting us

This house was wonderful for our visit to St. Louis to see the Savannah Banana's. The house is beautiful and well stocked. My family and I had a great stay.

The kitchen had everything you need ,including spices, to cook whatever you’d like! There were snacks and drinks for us to enjoy. House was very clean and nicely decorated. We appreciated the ability to use the 2 car garage and the alarm system gave us extra piece of mind!

This place was very nice! Lots of charm and small touches. The neighborhood was safe and having the garage was great. Miles was very accommodating and the communication was fabulous. We were here for an event at the convention center. The travel back and forth was quick and easy. We’d definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

This is a beautiful house! Our family enjoyed spending Thanksgiving here while visiting our son in the area. Miles and Dee are very nice people and he was quick to salt the sidewalk and front stairs after a snowfall. Everything we needed or wanted was there. We would definitely consider staying here again.

If you are unfamiliar with the area I cannot recommend staying in the neighborhood. We did not feel safe staying with our family after seeing a fight on the corner, abandoned buildings and having our car approached. We found somewhere else to stay for the weekend. The inside of the house matched the listing and the hosts responded quickly and reported they have never had an incidents of crime at the property.
