"The General Manager Mr.Saravanan puts in enormous time and efforts to truly service all necessary requirements for my family and I during our stay. He is warm, extremely helpful and friendly. All his staffs in the front office and housekeeping compliments Saravanan’s attitude to providing services most sincerely which creates a pleasurable environment. Not to mention the hotel is so clean and elegant. My family and I really had a lovely stay at Blossoms. I can recommend this hotel to anyone...

"Terrible hotel ! Prepaid reservation not recognised on arrival and a rude manager to deal with the situation. Breakfast offering very poor and cold food served. Would not recommend a stay here at all, avoid at all costs. "

"Water in the bathrooms and toilets were not available at all times. Cleanliness was also an issue as all rooms were not properly clean. The ceiling fans were very noisy when on use and was a huge disturbance during the sleep hours"

"Very old, dingy & stinking rooms. Airconditioner works for 2 minutes and shuts-off. No tech support available. Change of room posed a risk of window not closing. No hot water, no food service nor kitchen, not even a cup of tea."

"The rooms were alright, hot water is available early in the morning. The bathrooms were ok but could've been a bit tidier!! A few roaches and lizards were present but thankfully no bed bugs!! "
