Lovely stay in St Lucia

We had a lovely stay at the Sandpiper. Lovely location overlooking the garden and the reserve. Staff very friendly,the car wash was a lovely touch.My only criticism would be that the showers needs a good scrub with bleach, a bit moudly and needs attention. Will definately go back to a nicer bathroom unit.

This is a beautiful place to stay as a couple or family. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious. I would definitely come back again.

Great experience

The host was great, she did everything she can to make our stay unforgettable. We didn't book any activity in advance, but she helped us to organise a safari to Hluluwe national park and a hippo boat tour. We would definitly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

Excellent stay in a well appointed guesthouse. Helpful staff, spacious comfortable room and good breakfast. Very close to the isamangaliso wetland and the St Lucia estuary with excellent game viewing.

The place to stay

Great place, relaxed and friendly. Yvonne is a perfect host and really went the extra mile to make sure that we maximised our time in St Lucia/Cape Vidal. She couldn't do emough. It's unfortunate that Hotels.com always select the cheapest room which is small and has no veranda. They really need to give booking options. We got an upgrade for one night but that was no thanks to Hotel.com

Friendly staff

Very friendly staff who gave us good advices on where to see the wildlife! We even saw a rhino thanks to their advices. Great location and great breakfast.

Wonderful staff and comfortable room

The best hotel staff I ever encountered, very patient with us and helped us a lot. Room is comfortable and clean. Breakfast is great. The only improvement I can recommend is for better WiFi. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Nettes Guesthouse

Wir waren mehrere Nächte in St. Lucia. Im Sandpiper Guest House hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und ordentlich und die Lage zur City und den Nationalparks ist perfekt. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

HIPPO HAVEN

We lived this place. The breakfast was the best ever and although not on the Main Street of St Lucia it was in a beautiful setting with fantastic views. We woke early to see lots of monkeys from our room. The owner gave us great attention and our only regret was that we couldn’t stay longer. You are advised not to walk around at night because if the hippos in the street but we didn’t encounter any on our walk back from the town. We did the hippo boat trip which is a must. The rooms are cosy and welcoming. There is a lovely beach nearby too.

Good, when you get there

Good accomodation and a wonderful host. The area has great wildlife very close to town and well organised sites. However, the road in is a disaster - road bumps to excess.

Rustig gelegen B&B met mooie tuin en fijn zwembad.

Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige gastvrouwen. Alles gaat heel relaxed. Het ontbijt zou iets uitgebreider kunnen zijn.
