“Dishonest Staff and Poor Service: The staff are dishonest and overcharge customers to make personal profits. They frequently provide a twin bed room while charging for a single bed room. This kind of behavior is misleading and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place to others.”

“Stayed at Minerva Grand recently and honestly, it’s total value for money. The location is super central, making it very easy to go anywhere in the city. The best part is definitely the staff very courteous and well trained. They are always attentive and genuinely try to help you out with a smile. It’s rare to see such a "customer first" attitude in the true sense these days! Also, the food was quite good, with great taste and variety. If you’re looking for a comfortable stay, this is the place.……

“Area around the property is terrible, rooms are bad, not clean and smells bad. Bed sheets are old and not clean”

“The telephone did not work and they didn't change it even after we asked them to. We needed to tell them repeatedly to get few things done like room cleaning and spraying insecticide inside bathroom. Neither hot water facility for bathing nor provided a kettle. Overall pretty average stay and not worth the price we paid(~5.5k) for 2 days for 2 person AC room.”
