「Clean room. Great staff. Great food. We will go back for sure.」

「No staff on site. Room code didn't work, number to call only went to voice mail. Managed to get someone on the line to remote open our room door. There was no available restaurant or lounge on site. Screaming kids on our floor. No one at checkout to talk to. Room was very nice, but no service to speak of.」

「This motel is a real gem. The owners have been operating it for almost 30 years, and you'd never know the motel was that old. Our room was clean, well maintained and spacious. The grounds are picturesque. The owners are super friendly, and I actually observed an interaction between one of them and an employee, and she was kind to her employee. That speaks volumes to me. While I can't imagine having cause to visit Stratford overnight again, if we do, we are definitely staying at the Suburban...

「Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful. Rooms are "basic and a little tired" but clean. We came for Stratford Festival so we only slept here. Reasonably priced for that purpose. Air conditioning worked well. Room temperature was perfect. Lots of parking. Nice that they have complimentary coffee and tea」

「Staff was friendly during check-in and check-out, very quick, too. The room was large and clean. Beds were queen sized. There was a microwave and a refrigerator. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom was updated. Shampoo and soap, and hair dryer were provided. Location was excellent, on the road out of town, and 5 minutes from downtown. The one improvement I would like to see is a coffee maker in the room.」

「What a lovely historical inn! Restored where it counted, and modernized where it needed. Note: there are no elevators, so be prepared for stairs if you're booked on the second or third floors. Also: there is no reception on site, so pay attention to the check-in details sent to you by the owner.」

「The room was not cleaned. Garbage bin was full. The bedding and towels with heirs. AC was broken. The recepnionist could not find my booking for 15 minutes in computer.」

「Nice indoor pool, heated. Nowadays staff is hard to spot. They use a "Rumba" to vacuum the carpets in the halls. The hallway on our floor was positively cold (end of June). I don't know if this was intended or reflected a lack of heating.」
