「Loved the home and property. 5 of us stayed and we had had plenty of room and enjoyed hanging out in the dining/living room together. We plan to be back and will stay here again. Great location」

「It was disappointing. We booked a month and would have left sooner if we hadn’t paid. Unfortunately the bathroom fixtures needed repair and should have been looked after before we arrived, not during our stay. I am glad she did finally listen and have the tap replaced. The oven did not work in the stove and needed a repair man. That too was fixed The fridge needs to be replaced and has a leaking problem. The screened in porch needs screening repair. Only three dining chairs for a four guest...

「Very cozy and felt like a home away from home. Izzy was kind and helped with any issue I had. I would definitely start again.」

「Cannot say enough great things about this excellent property and extremely gracious host. Two friends and I stayed for three nights, and will absolutely stay there again if we are ever in the area. If you are in Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach, this is a wonderful rental.」

「Great communication. Outside patio was dirty, house was not. Minor cosmetic repairs need to be made. All in all a pleasant place. Coffee bar was a big plus.」

「This home is very outdated, the one tv was so small you could barely see from the futon couch. The home had a mold like smell that was just awful. 」

「THERE IS NOTHING NEGATIVE IN THIS REVIEW OF THE PROPERTYJuly 2026We recently rented this property and I would like to lay out clearly what the property looks like. This property is meant for extremely wonderful beach access close enough to the main beach to have dining within walking distance, and just far enough away to be almost secluded. If you are looking for a place to launch from, and to spend quality time on the beach, this is perfect. The physical property: envision having two RVs...

「Really enjoyed the property especially the close beach access.」

「Perfect little place to stay. Seemed a little sketchy at first. But after the first night that feeling went away. It was simplistic and had everything you needed for the little time you will actually spend there. 」

「This cottage was nicely decorated and clean. It's not directly oceanfront but there's still a great ocean view and beach access is steps from the deck. The outdoor shower (with hot water!) was a huge plus. Great place to stay with kids although the front door closing mechanism was a little wonky so we had to be careful with that with our toddler. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The rooms had lots of storage. The location is great, Fort Clinch Park is a two minute drive, and all the...

「It was perfect! Clean and so comfortable!」

「This vacation house is very much false advertisement, when we pulled up. The grass was uncut pretty much as high as my knees. There was a dog kennel on the side of the house in 100° weather, which is absolutely horrible. The backyard had bushes growing up the house covering the back door and the walkway, it says in the description that you get the whole entire house with your party, but that’s not true. You share the house with 2 to 3 other people that are renting the house or actually living...

「What a wonderful stay we had at Amelia Island! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed from cookware to spices. Our communication with the owners was excellent! Highly recommend this home, our family had a wonderful week!」

「We have stayed here multiple times and it is great every time! Pet friendly but clean - no “signs” of previous pets staying. Home is very comfortable and a great home base for while we are in the area visiting family. Lots of small amenities for if we forget things. Host is communicative and flexible when able to be, which is very appreciated!」

「We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this property. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our trip. The host was incredibly helpful throughout the entire stay—very responsive, friendly, accommodating, and flexible with us, which made everything so much easier.Communication was quick from start to finish, and the host made us feel welcome and taken care of. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again in the...
