「Well located at the beginning of that part of Oxford St. which is closed to vehicles and the location of a number of restaurants and pubs, most of which have both indoor and outdoor seating, including the White Star Tavern. Vehicle access is available right to side of the hotel. We arrived the afternoon of Halloween and all the staff were dressed in costume, which my wife and I thought was a nice touch. Our room was located two above the first floor, and the check-in person helped us with our...

「Probably due to limitations of the vertical movement of the elevators, we , staying at the lower level, took ages to get to the front desk to check out.」

「This is a great little place - central, spotlessly clean and so helpful/accommodating. Perfect for a pre-cruise stay in Southampton」

「Good but no parking in hotel.」

「We booked this for our pre cruise trip. The location is excellent and the harbour view is spectacular. What actually impressed us is the service. The room is spacious but the light is a bit dim and the bathroom is a bit small. The Jetty restaurant is...

「Nice and comfortable excellent decor. However toiletries need improvement, body wash and shampoo combined and no body lotion」

「Very friendly and welcoming owner.」
