“This is a horrible place. the reviews have to made by friends and family. no windows, dirty, run down its like a shed. people played loud music all night, my husband stayed one night, and I immediately booked him in a different hotel. No way this has a 4.9 rating. My husband is covered in mosquito bites from head to toe and it was stifling hot in there!”

“positive: nicely decorated clean villa, in a quiet setting. pretty gardens with monkeys running around and roosters heard in the background. negative: the city and the shopping centre as well as the bigger beaches aren't within a walking distance, you need a car; after heavy rainfall, the floor was soaked; there were some big cockroaches in the kitchen which, in this price bracket, is not acceptable rating 6/10”

“Our stay at this cottage was truly fantastic, and we will be sure to return again. The cottage is beautifully furnished and equipped with all the amenities we needed to have a comfortable stay. The cottage was clean, modern and cosy, and had a very relaxing feel. The location was perfect, with the nearest beach being less than 5 minutes walk away and within a ten minute walk from the cottage there were places to eat, a supermarket, bank and more beach. Charles is a terrific host — so kind and very generous with his local knowledge and his recommendations for activities and restaurants. We loved Mullens for its local food joints and beaches and friendly folks”

“The cottage supplied everything a person could need for a week vacation. From the temp controls rooms, the laundry room and outdoor pool area for evening relaxations. All necessities were meet. The location is in the Hub of Oistins, the beach and all transportations. ”

“Lovely place to stay.. quiet, peaceful, wonderful large porch to enjoy meals. The apartment is large enough for 2 people. It has lots of storage space in the bedroom for luggage and hanging clothes. Nice big shower with good water pressure. The AC is great! There are 2 wall units, one in the bedroom and another in the living room. Usually rentals only have them in the bedroom and it’s hot in the rest of the apartment! There are also ceiling fans and a stand-up fan, so it was a welcome relief……

“Lovely cottage on Sugar Hill but description is incorrect with no washer and dryer. Cooking facilities are very limited with only a hob microwave and small counter top over, so cooking for more than 2 would be very difficult. Cleaning etc are good and owner was nearby if needed.”
