    The high-quality 3 ½ room flat is equipped with a spacious dining and living room, which are arranged in such a way that the most beautiful view can be fully utilised. The large window fronts in the living room are glazed from floor to ceiling. The 20 square metre balcony with many hours of sunshine and an outstanding view of Lake St. Moritz and the landscape invites you to linger.
    The master bedroom with box-spring bed (180cm) has a wet room with rainforest shower and Closomat en suite. This flat also has a second bedroom with a box-spring bed (140cm) and an additional guest WC with shower.
    The ultra-modern kitchen is equipped with an oven, steamer, dishwasher, induction hob and separate wok. A raclette oven and a fondue set are available for cosy evenings.
    A garage parking space is available free of charge during your stay. (with charging station for your car) The lift leads from the garage directly to the living level.
    The new building is located at Via Chavallera 14, in a residential area with a traffic-calmed zone, on the direct link between St. Moritz Bad and the Suvretta area. The location also has many strategic advantages, as you can be in St. Moritz village in a few minutes on foot and in St. Moritz Bad even quicker. Shopping and restaurant visits can be easily managed without a car. As the Signal valley run is just a 5-minute walk from the house, it would be possible to ski right up to the Signal cable car and end an eventful day's skiing just a few metres from your own front door.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz.     In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
    Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.
