This is a first class hotel in St. Moritz. From the very beginning, during and right to the end it was first class all the way. The staff are extremely attentive. The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted to take them all home, the chef's home made pastries, the service from all the staff and attentiveness. Give credit where credit is due! They have won! Attention to detail at every turn!

Conveniently located right across the street from St. Moritz train station, the Grace Hotel is only a year old and in immaculate condition. Staff is super friendly and you have amazing views of the mountains and the lake from the hotel.

This was an amazingly beautiful property in the heart of St. Moritz. The staff could not have been more gracious and the facilities are above any other I have ever stayed.

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Spa was gorgeous. Loved the bed, super comfortable mattress and pillows. Bathroom was huge. Loved our stay.

Honestly one of the nicest hotels I've stayed at in all my travels. Immediately across from the train station, it was all magnificent spaces, friendliest staff which went out of its way to provide the best in hospitality, a fabulous buffet in their beautiful dining room which was included in the price of the stay, all set in the most stunning scenery imaginable. Cannot recommend highly enough. Would stay nowhere else on a return trip.

This is a lovely hotel. We particularly liked the choices of pillows you could order (and we delivered in less than 5 minutes). Beautiful facilities, comfortable beds. Excellent service.

Although the swimming pool and part of the hotel rooms were being closed for maintenance, it provides a very good services during my stay.

Stunning!

I had a fabulous stay at the hotel. Every staff member went out of their way to make my stay comfortable and the hotel was spotless, welcoming and very homely. The food and drink quality at breakfast, room service and when having drinks in the library was exceptional. I cannot wait to be back and a big thank you to the whole team for making this such a wonderful stay.

The perfect location next to the station for train travel and a short walk into central St Moritz. Modern facilities and the friendliest staff we have met in any hotel in Switzerland. My only criticism is that it only had a shower and no bath in the room.
