「Five friends and I stayed at the Mill House in May 2023. The host, Daniel, was simply a delight to meet and chat with, and gave us some really good recommendations for site-seeing which we were able to use further into our trip. 「Great location, very very beautiful. The pod was smaller than expected, but most of it was there. For the money you pay, I would expect a bit more small things like a candle on the table, place to cook. The coffee machine was not working and it was not super clean, there were coffee marks next to the bed. For the rest, I would recommend people checking out this place as the area and the views are amazing!」

「This Ballybur is great. Gated, safe,quiet, clean, washer dryer a big big plus. Your own apartment on a long journey. Mel and Mark are great Host. We even shared a ride into Kilkenny to see a concert with them. Highly recommend staying here.」

「This was a very lovely house, however there was an oil leak with a VERY STRONG ODOR !! This odor gave me a headache. The owner was aware of this problem because her son came over shortly after we arrived, said that they would get someone out to repair it but after 4 nights it was not repaired.. The electric tea kettle had so much red liquid sediment in it I was afraid to use it .. The liquid hand soap dispenser was almost empty in the bathroom. No extra toilet paper was provided.」
