The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. "Man fühlt sich extrem willkommen. Das gesamte Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt wirklich, dass es Ihnen sehr wichtig ist, dass man sich wohl fühlt sehr ruhig gelegen und nah an den Gärten des Schloss Trautmannsdorf, super leckeres Frühstück. Wunderschöne Dachterrasse"

"Wenig Gedanken gemacht das keine Saison ist und alle umliegendenden Restaurant und Geschäfte in Dorf Tirol geschlossen sind. Weihnachtsmarkt in Bozen und Meran besucht. Im Hotel wurde kein Nachtessen angeboten. Leider wurde das in keinen Unterlagen erwähnt. Die Hoteleigene Bar war zwar offen bis 21:00 Uhr. Wollte man etwas konsumieren wurden wir durch die Reception aber auch den Chef verwiesen auf die kleine Minibar im Zimmer. Mit dem Gästepass konnten die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und Museen...
