"We were due to stay two nights but the noise level was awful. It appears that the accommodation is above a nightclub but this was not mentioned anywhere! We decided that check out after one night. "The Holiday Inn Leamington Spa was perfect to stay in on an overnight stay, clean, warm and welcoming. Friendly staff from the off, both in reception and the bar/restaurant area. Extremely comfortable bed in our room meant we were well rested for the second part of our journey to the South Coast. The only minor issue was that the carpark was not very well lit after dark. All in all we would thoroughly recommend staying in the Holiday Inn."

Sadly, the wine list was sub bog standard and breakfast was pretty poor but the golf course more than made up for a greasy fried egg."
