Really enjoyed my stay at Jepherson Hotel. All staff were superb throughout that I met. I went for the included breakfast which was exceptional and even better when fresh. Lucky the hot plates were not working that day. Thanks to all the welcoming staff and would stop again.

A 2 night stay in a small single room. The decor could do with a refresh, but the staff were wonderful, friendly, helpful and kind. A real credit to the hotel. The room had everything I needed, and the hotel has free parking and is easy to get to. Town centre is a gentle stroll away. I would stay here again.

Hotel overall feels very tired and run and down. Nobody at reception when we arrived and no button or bell to call. Room decor was ok but there were stains on wall and we had a view of a wall and it was very dark. Breakfast was very good but zero atmosphere. All the fire doors are very annoying and they wake you when you are sleeping.

We had a cool room and the shower worked. It’s great that the Jephson has parking unfortunately we parked in the street on Saturday - very busy. Walking distance from the centre of Leamington with lovely pubs and restaurants nearby.

This is a really basic hotel unworthy of the BW Signature association. Just because it is under Best Western doesn’t mean it is a quality hotel. The amenities are low and there is no aircon at all which made it suffocatingly uncomfortable to stay during the Formula 1 weekend.
