「Good for a few days stay but not any longer. Whilst the rooms are generally comfortable and clean, the hotel generally was really noisy until the early hours of the morning and the rooms aren't sound proofed at all. The pool area was nice and clean but the loungers were uncomfortable so didn't use it much. Convenient for access to St Paul's and the surrounding area with good bus links, but the immediate area is really run down. Staff were really friendly/helpful.」

「L’hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Saint Paul et à 2 minutes de la mer. La piscine sur le toit face a la mer est vraiment un plus. Pour ce qui est de la chambre d’hôtel, nous avions réservé la « internal shaft room », la moins chère, mais qui n’a cependant aucune fenêtre sur l’extérieur et seulement ayant vue directe sur les couloirs de l’hôtel. Donc afin d’avoir un minimum d’intimité, il fallait constamment fermer le rideau et ne laisser allumer que la lumière du plafond sans lumière...

「Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance....

「Super challenging to find, signage is tiny and was a difficult place to locate. No clear directions on how to find the place or signage. Overall, place was spacious, clean and had everything a family needs for a comfortable stay. Lots of noise from delivery staff that hang out on the front steps and just outside this place smoking pot and other vapes. Other guests a noisy and no consideration for other guests. Parking, is a rough process as it is only street parking and it's based on luck and...

「This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get...

「The staff kindly changed our room to one with a better view - overlooking the pool and scenery beyond. The location of the hotel is great - near bus stop and harbour waterfront with lots of restaurant options. The food at the Reef was very good. Staff was most helpful. Really enjoyed our 3 night stay!」

「Great rooms,staff are very polite and friendly. Dislike, the breakfast could have been hotter but I've been assured that new warming plates are being ordered. Maybe the introduction of bacon....we left before, 7am to catch our flight.so missed out on breakfast, staff don't start until 7.30 am. No night porter /reception, for a 4 star boutique hotel not that professional.」

「Het hotel ligt op een goede lokatie als je van feesten, bars, nightlife houdt. Het enige grote minpunt zijn de deuren van de kamers - die blokkeren geen geluid van buiten, dat betekent dat je alles hoort wat er op de gang gebeurt: elk gesmijt van deuren en gesprekken/dronken geschreeuw of gelach van anderen is erg hoorbaar en kan ervoor zorgen dat het je nachtrust verstoord. Verder is het schoon en is er werkende AC, wat erg fijn is (en nodig in de zomer)」
