We arrived at 8 PM, we found the hotel's door locked and a paper indicating to go to the hotel across the street. We didn't stay in the hotel we booked and we weren't informed about it before! The breakfast was served in another different hotel. The room was spacious but all the equipments were very old and outdated. In the shower the water's pressure was very weak. The TV didn't work the first night and they didn't fix it until we insisted the second night.. We asked the reception what bus we shall take to go to Gozo's ferry and they gave us inaccurate information. A last thing is that they promised to give us a breakfast box as we were leaving early to the airport the following morning, then they changed their mind and resigned. This is not a big deal, only if they said it earlier... By the time we got back to the hotel, all the stores were closed and we spent a long time starving with no food!

A gem on the island of Malta
The staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was very adequate for the price , there was an issue with some noisy kids but when it was made known to the staff they took care of it. Breakfast was great and plentiful offered all the standard breakfast fare you'd expect and was tasty too. Staff really knew the area recommending a few places when i needed recommendations and it was nice that when a staff member passed you by wherever they always smiled and said hello and when you asked something of a staff member they were more then happy to try an accommodate your request

La cosa di speciale della struttura era il prezzo, si sapeva che se si spende poco c'è da aspettarsi un trattamento inferiore e questo lo avevamo previsto, ma i primi tre giorni sono stati particolarmente deludenti. dopo aver verificato la mia camera (mobilio abbondante per sistemare gli indumenti), mi sono accorto che mancava il telecomando della televisione e il bagno era privo dello specchio,(elemento essenziale). sceso alla reception ho chiesto un telecomando e mi hanno risposto che ne erano rimasti sprovvisti (per tre giorni di fila, sempre stessa risposta) e che tanto i canali italiani non si vedevano. Al quarto giorno il telecomando è saltato fuori, salgo in camera e stacco il condizionatore che usava la stessa presa e infilo la spina talevisore nelle presa, e un lampeggio mi avvisa che la presa è difettosa e il televisore non si accende. Avviso la reception. E' tuttora come prima. Entro la giornata infine mi hanno montato uno specchio in bagno. Per quanto riguarda i pasti, il primo giorno colazione e cena all'hotel S.Anton, il giorno dopo colazione al Santa Maria e cena al San Anton con una coda di trenta persone per accedere alle pietanze, in somma un disastro. Riguardo variabilità degli alimenti erano praticamente gli stessi tutti i santi giorni, sia al Santa Maria che al S. Anton. Morale, un hotel da evitare!

La stanza é grande ma per farla pulire siamo dovuti scendere alla reception per segnalare, come il cambio degli asciugamani. Un giorno la mattina finisce la carta igienica durante il giorno non ci siamo stati anche per far pulire la stanza e la sera ritornati sono dovuto riscendere per richiederla. La tv non si vede anche se dicono che hai la tv in camera, dopo sollecitato che non c era segnale per 4 volte e che avrebbero provveduto ma non hanno risolto e qhinfi ho lasciato stare, il balcone al buio.

Muito a desejar...
Instalações deixam muito a desejar, funcionários também. Limpeza dos quartos é zero e por vezes nem toalhas para todos deixavam; numa semana o quarto não foi limpo nenhuma vez; TV moderna mas não funcionava; pequeno almoço era simplesmente básico e sem qualidade nenhuma. Não tenciono repetir.

Nice hotel, valued for the price.
Very helpful staff in the entire hotel. The room was not big, but adequate. Everything as promised and as on the pictures. The swimming pool was nice, all the pool area as well. Breakfasts were the same every day, but with a lot of options :) The tourist area is not close to anything specific, but you have good connection to all the sandy beaches up the island. For the price was definitely worth it!

I was not expecting 5 stars hotel, but there is no pleasure by the reception to treat you kindly. Old hotel, air conditioning doesn't not work and really really really poor breakfast, I think it is better they don't offer it to the clients. Really strange hotel, looks managed by amateurs. Believe in the others comments and go to there only if you don't care about nothing... The only good thing is the pool...

Good sized room and clean, no proper air conditioning very antiquated, swimming pool had green algae all round the edge of the bottom, but what completely ruined our holiday was the hoards of rampaging teenagers until 4 and 5 some of the mornings, needless to say we would never stay in this hotel again, sad really.

Отель для школьников из языковых лагерей!
Рядом остановка, магазины - удобно. Номер просторный. Наш был с обновленным ремонтом, чисто. Лифты очень старые и работали "странно". Бассейн большой и глубокий. Еда - на 2 балла из пяти. Однообразно и ооочень все дешево и скромно. Даже нормальные продукты приготовлены как-то без души. В общем - отвратительно. wifi - работал нестабильно. Самое важное: в этом отеле 90% подростки из языковых лагерей Мальты, постоянные шумные кампании шатаются повсюду, кричат, курят и т.д. на них и рассчитана плохая еда - им нормально. мы сопровождали сына, который приехал в языковой лагерь - были счастливы покинуть этот отель через 5 дней!

3 days same towels 2 days no towels disgusting rude letter left for me which had nothing to do with me which they admitted and apologized bathroom wasn't touched the whole 2-week stay the disgusting smell all through the hotel and extremely rude staff in the bar who could barely speak English and no Maltese worst two weeks I've had away

They never changed the towels in the week. We had to just grap towels that were on the landing to have fresh towels. They came to door at 8.30 to service room HELLO people are on holiday, usually you wait till guests leave for the day. Kitchen the chef should be ashamed of himsel witht the food he put out. I'd say the dog wouldn't even touch it. Even the toast was poor due to such low quality of bread. Bar closed but looked to be an nice enough area if just cleared out. Was much brighter that bar of the San Anton that was recommened. Also no ffod served in San anton they had to come over accross to eat. Badly needs investment. Staff in reception quite friendly but otherwise very poor. Also Jacuzzi needs cleaning and temp was very cold.
