Our holiday home has a total living space of approx. 85 m² and offers space for up to 5 people. On the ground floor there are the living and dining area with bacon stove and an open modern kitchen as well as a guest bath with a flat-ground shower. From the living room you can reach the sunny south terrace with garden furniture made of elegant teak. On the 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms with darkening curtains and a spacious bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is another room on the 2nd floor, which can also be used as a bedroom. The house has a smart TV, a normal TV, W_LAN and insect protection grille. There is a parking space right next to the house.
