“Stayed 3 nights with one adult and two children. Overall the stay was okay. The location is within walking distance to John’s Pass, shops, activities, and the beach area which is a plus. Nice view of the docks and boats. There were a few minor flaws that were mentioned to the host such as the air bed deflating, semi- transparent curtain at the front door, loose screws on chairs, and a few bugs that were noted during our stay. The host was very attentive and responsive to our questions and……

“The property was great. It had a wonderful view of the water to the intercoastal. The communication with the property was terrific. They were helpful and always responded right away if I had a question. The property looked recently updated. It was cute and quaint and so much better than your standard hotel room. It was like a tiny condo. A few things maybe could have been improved but were no means a deal breaker. There was no bar or liquid soap in the shower but had hand soap on the vanity. I……

“From the booking process to the check out process, everything was a breeze. The moment we stepped on the property we were glad we chose this property instead of a hotel. It’s walking distance to almost everything. So clean, with everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The set up in the back area was an amazing way to decompress, relax or just soak up some sun. The area was quiet but right around the corner from all the excitement. Communication with the property manager was great.……

“The place amazing but I did find a big roach coming out the room drawer on the first night…mind you we hadn’t put anything in the drawers our stuff was kept in our travel bags… Promise this did not travel with us, just so you kept this in hand for a fumigation. But I love this apt!! It’s amazing!!!”

“How did this "room" in the back of a house qualify for Vrbo? The floor was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, the arrangement for how the toilet was situated near the "tiny" dirty shower was amazing. You had to step up to toilet from the bathroon sink area, which was located within two feet of having to step down into the tiny dirty shower space. Thank goodness I wasn't over weight. I would not have fit in the toilet area or be able to comfortabliy fit in the shower. The floor throughout the……
