“I had booked this place for 2 days, it was a valentines getaway from my fiancé.. we'll check in we walked in and I instantly heard yelling from across the hall, cussing, kids screaming etc.. I smelled a nasty moldy smell instantly.. Being someone with severe asthma I instantly started to sneeze, runny nose, watery eyes etc... we walked back to the pool area and it was by far the nastiest pool I've ever seen!! Looked like dead skin was floating on top of the water ( I even have pictures ) so with……

“The location was great! We really enjoyed going to the Gulfport historic district. There’s a plant-based ice cream place, Plant Love there that is out of this world delicious. My favorite was the coconut. ”

“Overall, the property was nice. There was a lot of thought put into conveniences for the guests, such as plentiful towels, common kitchen gadgets, and smaller fridges in a couple of the rooms. A good attempt was made to update the property for use, but not all the workmanship was good quality (Ex: A/C vents falling off the walls, loose carpet) and there were some issues we experienced (Ex: The A/C wasn’t working well because of how hot it was outside, so the top bedroom was too hot for……

“-Easy access to/from highway -Initial thought from outside: house was rundown and needed upkeep. -Neighborhood not as bad as other reviews made it seem. -Wasp situation needs to be taken care of -Inside was also rundown but main areas were relatively clean such as beds but overall aspect of house created doubts on how clean things actually were. -Wasn’t the most comfortable but dealt with it for a night. Beds for example, not being able to sit on a couch.”

“Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could use maybe one more pan. Other than that this is the perfect stay for downtown Tampa; was able to get to all locations within 10 minutes and it was quiet and nice neighborhood. ”
