7 miles to downtown Saint Petersburg, 8 miles to Saint Pete Beach, 9 miles to John pass village & boardwalk, 20 minutes to Tampa international airport and much more!!!

Quick trip

Property was fine for what we needed. Kitchen only has a hot plate but was fine for breakfast. Was close enough to beaches. Bed was a little firm and only tv is in bedroom. Outdoor area is good with a screened in porch.

Clean Crash Pad

This unit makes perfectly fine crash pad if the guest needs to be mid-peninsula and won't spend too much time in the unit. It's clean and not too far off from major arteries. It's not the best fit for longer stays or remote work. The walls are paper thin, so you'll get to learn the goings on of the neighbors (this includes during quiet hours). The Florida room doubles as the living room, which would not be a problem if it had an overhead fan and were furnished with more than two small chairs. Overall not a bad choice for short term budget stays. The host is communicative and the unit is clean.
