Lovely home away from home

The property was beautifully decorated with a Florida beachy theme. The bed was s extremely comfortable, with convenient dresser and side tables. Bed linens and towels were top notch and luxurious. This property is ideally located near many points of interest, so there are a ton of options nearby. The hosts were delightful and I can’t recommend this property highly enough. Enjoy a break at this wonderful property!

Fantastic

Lovely! We were in Florida for a funeral. The owners were accommodating with family and parking. However, we were close to the beaches and shopping. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. So much better than a hotel. We will stay there again

Relaxing (and Charming indeed!) overnight stay.

An excellent place to stay, the Charming cottage was clean and quiet, and felt very home-like. Especially enjoyed little back-yard nook with a patio table (where we sat outside to eat breakfast). Great kitchen set-up, a hot shower, and soft pillows too. Our hosts were helpful and pleasant at check-in (we had a few questions), and it was reassuring knowing they were right next door if needed. The place was easy to find, in a good neighborhood, and safe. Thanks!

Just what I needed!

The Charming Cottage in Dunedin, FL property was spot on. The location was ideal for all my needs while in town to assist with hurricane relief and visiting close friends and family. The home was sparkling clean with fully upgraded amenities and technology services. The beach vibe was a welcomed special touch when coming from the blustery Pacific NW. I have recommended this location to everyone, thank you, hosts!

The nicest place to stay that is close to Honeymoon Island!!

The minute we arrived we knew this place was going to be special. The place is spotless with all new appliances. The host and hostess seem like such great folks…very accommodating! Minutes from Honeymoon Island and the beaches. We used Uber at night to go downtown to have dinner…price was minimal. We just cannot say enough good things about our experience at The Cottage! We will definitely be choosing this little slice of heaven first when trying to find accommodations in Dunedin! Joyce R

Super quaint & quiet

Loved my stay at the Cottage. Angel is a great host and a talented decorator! Didn't hear the hosts at all during my 10 day stay except for when they were working in the adjacent garage one day (during the day..) The apartment is well equipped with a super comfy bed and pillows, high quality sheets and plus towels. You won't regret your stay I promise! Just be sure to give Angel a heads up ahead of time if you are sensitive to perfumes so she doesn't put the air freshener in the ventilation system

Just what I needed

Exactly what I needed for my stay in Dunedin. The hosts were very respectful and left a nice welcome basket upon arrival. The area is also great with easy access to stores and anything else you need.
