You will experience the appeal of Dunedin in this spacious unit. Catch a glimpse of downtown Dunedin from this upstairs unit. Experience all that Dunedin has to offer by staying right at the beginning of Downtown. Situated across the street from a lively restaurant and bar, with great music.

    Laundry room is located in the rear of the turquoise bungalow and the code is 6789. You must place the same code in to lock it. It is a shared laundry room.

Perfect stay for our family wedding! Clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Walkable to so many Dunedin bars, restaurants and shops. We hope to stay here again soon

Delightful Downtown Stay

This property was clean, cozy and within minutes walking of all the great restaurants, shops and bars Downtown Dunedin has to offer. Host was great, check-in was smooth. Would surely stay there again!

Weekend Anniversary get-a-way…. The unit was clean and adorable. Place was updated and well kept. Communication with host was easy. Walking distance to Downtown. My only suggestions is to include blackout curtains in all bedrooms and a bathroom mat needed when stepping out of shower. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect little spot

Great location, cute property, short drive to the water. Communication was quick & friendly, checkin & out was a breeze. Can’t ask for much more!! I’ll def be back!

Dunedin Stay

Very cute property, nicely decorated. Very clean. Good communication with host. Hot water wasn’t working and she sent someone out immediately at 9pm. It was a quick fix. Great host. Would definitely stay here again

Location & Vibe

Adorable historic home, second story apartment located at the start of Dunedin Main Street. Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings and linens. Golf cart community so rent one and cruise around the city like everyone else! Or just park your car and walk- very walkable to shops/restaurants. Honeymoon Island beach few minutes drive is stunning.

Our host was very responsive when we messaged her. The place is lovely and a great location. A few negatives-The listing did not say it was upstairs and we had bikes we had to lock to a fence. The shades on the windows are too light, bring a mask if that bothers you. The shower is tiny with a low shower head.

Cute cottage

I didn't get to stay in this actual house. It ended up being under renovation. I was still able to stay downtown within a half mile of my destination in another cute cottage on my same days. Close to the water. Got to see the golf cart Christmas parade. Loved the patio and all the surrounding restaurants.

The unit was cute. Perfect for a couple but not more than 3 people. Negatives include: A/C window units that allow noise to come in from busy street and they cool unevenly. The bedrooms and bathrooms were small, but the place was nicely decorated. The host was friendly.
