“When I checked in someone guessed my name, directed me to the room, gave me the key and told me the wifi (long and not easy to remember not in written). The bedroom was untidy and not clean. Ceiling tiles broken, no smoke detector, bathroom without shampoo or bath soap, only liquid hand soap. Garbage can in washroom with no plastic bag. Fridge dirty with a bottle of water open. Furnitures broken (desk without 3 drawers). Bed made with fitted bedsheet and comforter, without flat bedsheet. TV……
