At the gates of the ancient city of Arles famous for its arenas and férias and soon for the famous Luma tower, 10 minutes from the city center, on a wooded park of 8500 m², come and spend a few days of rest at MAS MAURANE, in his bungalow L'OLIVIER, air-conditioned, fully equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, etc.
With a surface area of 40 m², this 4-person bungalow has a 30 m² shaded private terrace, garden furniture and barbecue.
It has two bedrooms, one with a double bed for 2 people in 160 x 200 and its private bathroom (sink and toilet), the other with a 140 bed for 2 people, a bathroom and a separate toilet .
Le Mas Maurane provides its tenants with an indoor heated swimming pool from May to the end of October (depending on the weather).
A private car park will receive your vehicle.
The rental of this bungalow is at the price of:
April to end of June, Sept, Oct, Dec: 75 € / night (minimum 2 nights), per week: 500 €
July-August: 115 € / night, minimum 4 nights: 800 € / week.
November, January to end of March: € 65 / night (minimum 2 nights)
A cleaning fee of € 50 is charged for the stay.
The tourist tax requested by the town hall is extra (€ 1.40 / day / adult person).
