Welcome to Harbor Oaks 311.
From this location you are just a short walk to the pier/village area where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, night life, lighthouse, fishing and walking pier, oceanfront public pool, playground, parks, and much more. In the other direction you are just a mile away to the nearest beach access point.
You will find an open kitchen, dining room and living room area where you and your guests can create the perfect meal. Plenty of comfy seating. The patio off the living room has a lagoon view with a nearby water fountain in the lagoon.
The master bedroom has a queen bed and the guest bedroom has a set of twin beds. Two full bathrooms and washer and dryer are located in this unit.
The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Lighthouse, the Village and Pier area, Neptune Fun Zone and one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Harbour Oaks Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally) tennis courts and a fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.
NOTE: Fireplace is for decoration only.

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• No pets are allowed in this unit. No pets.
• 1 covered, marked parking spot is available. Additional parking is available in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.
What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 2 TVs located in this property.
• Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
