Wonderful house and location

We had such a great stay. It's a beautiful home, very well laid out with modern amenities, but still some charm. We cooked dinner one night and the kitchen was extremely well equipped. Perfect mid island location for easy access to Sea Island, and the village. Can't wait to return.

Great house

We stay in a VRBO about once a month, and most are in St. Simons. This is our favorite over the last 5 years. We come for golf and this house is convenient to the courses and is very beautiful and comfortable. Loved the pool and everything. Very nice.

Family Vacay in St Simon Island

The house was perfect for traveling with adult children. Beautiful pool and back yard. We enjoyed cooking together in the well stocked kitchen. The refrigerator/ freezer has seen better days. One of the HVAC units stopped cooling properly but Hodnett Cooper had someone out to repair in an hours time. Wonderful customer service. Plenty of bikes for getting around the island but bring your own beach chairs. Adult kids loved playing ping pong in the garage. We rented a golf cart due to distance to the beach. We enjoyed our first trip to St Simon Island

Could not of ask for a nicer place to stay. Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rental is one of the vacation rental companies to work with.

Family Vacation

Overall the house was great. We never did get the correct Wi- Fi password and the sheets on two (2) of the single beds had not been washed. We washed them and everything was fine after that.
