Completely refurbished one bedroom with awesome ocean views!

Seagate is perfectly positioned just steps from the beach on St. Simons Island. The community amenities include a swimming pool where guests can relax and enjoy the coastal sunshine. Beach access is quick and convenient via the 2nd Street beach access point. Located within easy reach of dining, shopping, and local attractions, Seagate provides an ideal location for experiencing everything St. Simons Island has to offer!

Unit 201 unit offers beautiful Atlantic views from a large private balcony. The one-bedroom layout features a spacious master bedroom with a king bed,  full size sleeper plus a twin sleeper sofa. All new furnishings throughout. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker - perfect for preparing light meals and keeping vacation favorites on hand. Well-positioned on the beachside of the property, you'll appreciate the close proximity to the beach!

The pool in this community is seasonally heated for guests comfort.

Perfect location for my mother/daughter wknd

Booked this condo for my teenage daughter and I to have a mother/daughter wknd. It was perfect! Had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach as well as walking distance to the rooftop restaurant nearby and the King and Prince. Loved the covered parking.
