Wonderful Family Vacation!

This home was clean and well appointed. It made our stay peaceful and easy. It was our second stay on Coast Cottage Lane and we hope to be back at this specific property again soon!

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Atlantus. Communication was great throughout the rental process and check in was super easy. Home was amazing! We enjoyed using all 3 decks, especially the crows nest. The sunset views from here were amazing! We had an issue with 1 shower, but they responded quickly and resolved it. Would definitely rent again!

Overall great property, minor issues

This is a beautiful, well-outfitted home for family gatherings/groups. However, our first full day there, heavy rains revealed a window in one of the bedrooms was rotted and stuck open. It appeared to be an ongoing issue that just wasn’t being addressed. The property manager sent someone out to look at it right away, but no one even offered a temporary solution. I ended up shoving towels in the gaps to prevent bugs from coming in and the cool air escaping, but the room still had issues cooling. Considering this is one is the most expensive properties in Coast Cottages (we’ve rented several others over the years), I didn’t expect to be shoving hand towels in a window to enclose a room. Not to mention that it is a security issue.

Perfection!

Beautifully appointed, quiet, and comfortable home was perfection for a 'working staycation' between Christmas and New Year's holidays. Generous sun dappled porches and oversized couches in front of floor-to-ceiling windows ensured that everyone had a place to read or work in beautiful surroundings. Nice chef's kitchen that was very well outfitted with cookware, small appliances, utensils, etc.; and plenty of place to spread out for meals between both an indoor and outdoor dining table, and bar seating. The 'crow's nest' was a great place to stargaze at night. The neighborhood has a private pool complex and beach access, just steps away -- and was as charming as can be, each home designed with a 'coastal cottage' feel on a brick paved street. As a group of six, we were always able to find a quiet nook and never felt cramped. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Family Vacation Home

This home was perfect for our needs, and exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely beautiful and immaculately clean, and the kitchen was well-supplied with everything needed. The entire house was beautifully appointed - each bedroom has its own full bathroom, which was great for my family of all-adults! The pools and the ocean were just a short walk away. We were all so impressed by this property, and would love to stay there again in the future!

Perfect Vacation Home

This was our second time staying at 17 cottage. The accommodations were beautiful. The house is in the perfect location and has a great ambiance. It’s the ideal size for a party of 8 people. You can fit more if you sleep on bunk beds. We will def stay here again!

Great family vacation

Property was beautiful and very well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, towels etc. Plenty of room for people to spread out and work, watch tv, or read. We had 8 adults in our party and did not feel cramped at all. Great view from rooftop deck. Would stay here again. Only very minor issues were that one bedroom and bathroom was rather small compared to others and master could use some pull down shades.
