Great Location!!

This property is conveniently located for everything on St. Simons Island. You can walk or bike everywhere! Nice, quiet setting. We would go back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location. Easy in and out. An older unit, but well kept, all appliances and furnishings in good condition. Visit was for mom's 96 b'day (lives in Village Green). The fact that her b'day is in early July means that vrbo and hotel prices are higher than other times of the year. Will consider another visit at an off-season/holiday period if prices drop by at least half. But all in all a good stay.

Overall it was very clean.Nice small pool that our granddaughters loved.

Not Clean/Pool Closed

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but I have to be truthful. We have been renting with VRBO for a few years and this is the first one that I had to leave a bad review. The property was not clean. Both bathrooms had mold/mildew around faucet washers in sink, around knob in tub and around the hand held shower nozzle. Not sure the floors had been cleaned prior to our visit as there were food wrappers under the beds along with personal belongings from prior renters. The baseboards had not been cleaned in a while. The couch looked like it had been slept on, as the couch cover was a mess when we arrived. We were also very disappointed that the pool was closed the entire time we were there. It would have been nice to take a dip to cool off from the hot days. Would not recommend this rental.
