Perfect family vacation home

This property met every need. We wanted oceanfront in walking distance to the charming Saint Simons village and that was exactly what we got! We loved having three seating areas that fit the whole family - the living room, screened porch, and poolside. The three bathrooms were great with big fluffy towels, and the kitchen was well equipped. Best vacation home ever!

Great house and location

We stayed here over New Year’s Eve with a group of friends and had a great time. Plenty of privacy for all, and a spacious living room area to gather. Loved being right off the beach and so close to all the restaurants. We would stay here again.

Loved the location. Yards from the beach and the lighthouse. Floor plan was perfect and flexible. Would highly recommend this property for small groups or large families. We will be back!!

Perfect Getaway House

This house was absolutely ideal for a family getaway to celebrate an 80th and 12th birthday. So much room and the location, pool, and views were perfection. There was even an art festival during our stay. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back!!

Great family vacation location

Right next door to the St Simons Lighthouse, walkway to water, downtown restaurants, public pool… this home is perfect! We had such a great time with everyone enjoying what they love most… chilling out, watching March Madness games, walking the beach at low tide, dining out (or in), shopping, hikes… kitchen was well stocked, several tvs, good bedding, baths, and very easy to check in and out!

We had so much fun and the surrounding area with maintained yard, parks nearby was so clean and quiet. The private deck and screened porch were our favorite part of the stay.

This is a well-maintained, beachfront property with a fantastic screen porch overlooking the water. You can walk to everything -- food, fun, shopping. You won't regret booking a stay here.

This house is absolutely perfect! We had our family and my in laws and the layout is perfect for extended family. The rental agency is VERY communicative and friendly, can’t wait to stay here again!!!

Great house in great location!

The house was comfortable and well equipped. The large screened porch overlooking the water, was where we spent many relaxing hours! The location is great. In addition to being beside the beach, it was only about a 5 minute walk to the Village, where there are many excellent restaurants! We plan to go back next year!

Peaceful and Stunning Ocean View!

Second-story view, framed by beautiful live oaks, of St. Simons Sound. Light-filled property. Perfect for two; large enough for several more, including kids.

Amazing house and lication

If we could give this six stars on a scale of 1 to 5 we would. We spend hours on the pier/deck watching dolphins and the tide come in and go out. The screened porch was amazing And the location could not be more perfect. We will definitely be back!

St Simon Island close lighthouse

the GOOD—house was lovely, location was good, great views of oceanThe BAD—pool equipment right under screen porch was constantly on so couldn’t hear the wavesThe UGLY—the access to beach was steps from front door shown in the pics had washed away 7 months prior to our booking, but the listing agent didn’t bother to take it down until we complained. They heated the pool for us without charge but it was too cold to swim in mid March. I use a cane and rollator to get around, we counted on easy beach access and paid for the luxury. Their gross negligence and false advertising was irritating and costly.LOOK ELSEWHERE, THERE ARE OPTIONS

What an amazing vacay!

We absolutely loved staying in this home on St. Simon. Such a great home and set up perfect for a vacationing family. Loved having most bedrooms downstairs. The bunk room was incredible. Loved the pool!!! Absolutely everything about it was just right!! Can’t wait to visit again! Plenty of beach by noon when tide was out. Walking to everything. Perfect!

Pool Area

The house and location is perfect. I would suggest leaving a broom or something so that the pool area can be swept daily. Or remove some trees. Lots of leaves around the pool
