Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located condo. It is just blocks from the Pier Village where you will find terrific shops, dining, trolleys, the lighthouse, and just one of several public beach access points. This unit is near the front heated pool and clubhouse. Enjoy fishing in the resort lake, tree swings, tree spirits, pickle ball , tennis, and 2 pools. We look forward to hosting your next vacation or business trip!
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running and/or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
For the safety of everyone on the property, please do not exceed the posted 10 mph speed limit.
