Good little spot for a quick beach trip and WLOCP
Let me start by saying we were there during the UGA/FLA game weekend so I am NOT holding anything against the place like how loud it was, the number of kids, etc. We completely expected that so my review is solely on the property and the management company.
Check-in is a pain because you can't just show up and walk in, you have to drive to the check-in office but only like a mile away. Other than that, grab the keys and you're good to go.
Second, it is NOT on the second floor. As I mentioned earlier, we knew there would be a lot of college aged kids that weekend so we SPECIFICALLY wanted a second floor unit to reduce the noise from foot traffic, and to have no one above us. That was not the case here. It is on the first floor so update your listing.
Only odd thing was they insist on coming inside the property while you are still there to collect your trash, just a day or two later. Instead of you just setting trash outside or using a dumpster, come inside. It's obvious they do this to "check in" on the place to make sure it isn't trashed which probably happens with a lot of the units due to the number of college kids there. It might also be because of the time of year so take that with a grain of salt.
But the place itself was very clean, no issues at all. Very comfy beds, plenty of sheets, blankets, etc. TV's in every room, all appliances were in great condition and we had a blast. Knowing what I know now, I would stay in this complex again but on the second floor!
