Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.
Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.
Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
Grand #108, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features four bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and pleasant appointments throughout.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 3 Queens and 2 Twins.
Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Gorgeous condo, beach access 👎
This is one of the most beautiful and upgraded condos my family has ever stayed in and every single picture is accurate of the condo and the association property. That all changes when you get to the beach access. That picture is either incredibly outdated or the access changed in a very short time. There is no access to the beach without walking through murky tide pool water, which leads you to a floating pontoon bridge that has a 12” step, so must be able to lift your beach cart and be able to step that high. We saw several seniors struggle and helped a few. Because of Milton coming, they had to remove the bridge, but then they didn’t put it back after the storm went threw, which ended up not being much of a storm for the island (thank goodness) so we had no beach access the rest of the vacation. Like I said, condo is beautiful, the beach access picture is not accurate at all.

Great Spring break
I have been staying in various condominium properties on St Simons for 40 years. This property is without a doubt the nicest I have experienced. Kitchen was well stocked with almost everything we needed. Plenty of extra pillows and blankets. Games and puzzles galore. I will definitely rent this unit again.

Great week away
Had a great week away. Condo was beautiful and well appointment. The layout was perfect for needs of blending two family vacations. Rental company was SUPER easy to work with. Our only complaints were that the condo above was being remodeled so it got a little noisy at times. (of course out on the beach you were oblivious). The only other complaint was the access to the beach was affected by the rain causing you to either wade through waste deep water or walk down the beach a ways to get out to the actual beach/ocean. Not something we couldn't deal with but something we weren't prepared for.

Beautiful views and beautiful apartment. Exactly as pictured with all the conveniences for a lovely family stay. Just a short walk to the beach and not far from shopping and restaurants.
