The shared, outdoor pool will make for a refreshing dip after a fun hot-weather hike in some of the area's sprawling preserves. Visit the nearby beaches for sun-filled days on the sand or venture out and find yourself at Pier Village Market, the Fort Frederica National Monument, Guale Preserve, and Cannon's Point Preserve.

The bright and very welcoming interior is tastefully furnished with contemporary appliances and hints of seaside decor. The open-concept layout includes a well-equipped, full kitchen, a pub-height dining table, and comfortable seating in the living area for when you just want to kick back and stream your favorite channels on the smart TV using your own accounts.

This property also includes a desk and chair for your laptops, a private washer/dryer, and cooling central air-conditioning for summertime comfort!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
